How can I renew my season ticket?

The season ticket renewal window has now closed. If you did not renew in time you can still purchase your existing seat if it has not been purchased by another supporter. If your seat has been sold you can view available seats at

The most convenient and cheapest way is to buy online at If you’d prefer to renew via the Ticket Office you can visit or call 0121 227 2227 during the office hours below, but please note the price will increase by £10. 

Ticket Office Opening Hours:

Monday - Friday:  10am – 3pm

Saturday (non match day): 9am-12noon

Sunday (non match day): Closed

Match Day: 9am-Kick Off

I’m not a current season ticket holder, can I buy a season ticket?

Yes, season tickets are on sale to all supporters.

How can I pay for a season ticket?

You can pay in full online with a credit or debit card payment at or by visiting or calling the Ticket Office on 0121 227 2227. Please see above for Ticket Office opening hours.

Supporters that opted for the e-credit refund option and have not spent their balance can redeem this against the purchase of their season ticket. E-credit will expire on 30th June 2022.

The Club reserves the right to withdraw these payment method options at any time.

Can I buy my season ticket for a friend or family member at the same time?

Yes you can, you'll need to ensure these supporters are added to your Friends & Family list so the season ticket will be in their name.

You can add Friends and Family online when logging in at or you can contact the Ticket Office, you'll need the supporter's first name, surname and Customer ID Number to add them to your list.

Will I receive a new Stilecard?

Yes, all 2021/22 season ticket holders will be issued with a new stilecard ahead of the season beginning in August.

Half season ticket stilecards will be issued from 13th December 2021 onwards.

I’ve changed my contact details, what should I do?

You can log in to your My Albion Single Sign On account and update your details on the profile page. If you have not yet created your My Albion Single Sign On account and linked it to your Customer ID please click here for instructions.

How do I qualify for a concession price?

We have a number of concession categories, please see below details for the criteria for each.   Please note that all concessionary tickets require a date of birth on file and a digital photograph. To add a photograph to your account please email a suitable photograph with the relevant Customer Number ID to or you can have one taken free of charge at the Ticket Office. (Please note supporters who have already supplied a photograph previously do not need to do so again unless the photograph is no longer a true likeness of the relevant supporter). 

Supporters qualify for the price categories based on their age on 31st August 2021

Under 11: Aged 11 or under

Under 18: Aged 11- 17

Under 23: Aged 18-22

Adult: Aged 23-64

Senior: Aged 65 or over

Can I move my seat?

if you have purchased a 2021/22 season ticket and would like to move to another seat you can do this by calling or visiting the Ticket Office.

Please note that if you move to a more expensive area of the ground you will be required to pay the additional cost. Likewise if you move to a cheaper area you will be refunded the difference.

For seasonal or match by match seat moves please contact the Ticket Office to arrange.

I have a child season ticket but would like to bring an adult to a game in their place, is this possible?

You can upgrade your season ticket a maximum of five times per season. To upgrade the season ticket you can either call us on 0121 227 2227 or alternatively go into the Ticket Office on the day of the game and the upgrade can be processed then. The cost will be the matchday price of the ticket minus the pro rata cost of your junior season ticket for an individual match. 

I want to purchase online but don’t know my username and / or password, what do I do?

To log in to your ticketing account you will need a My Albion Single Sign On account linked to your Customer ID that can be found on your stilecard. Click here for instructions if you have not yet set up your account.

If you cannot log in to your My Albion Single Sign On Account reset your password by clicking Forgot Password on the Log in page. If you are still having problems logging in please email

Can I spend the e-credit from my 19/20 refund on my season ticket?

Yes you can, your available e-credit balance will automatically be deducted from the cost of your season ticket and then if there is any remaining balance you can complete the purchase with a debit or credit card.

Please note you have until 31st August 2021 to redeem your e-credit balance.

Can I use My Albion Cash?

My Albion Cash was made available to supporters who had received e-credit to spend on retail products while tickets were unavailable. Now that tickets are available to buy your My Albion Cash has been transferred into your ticketing account and is unavailable to spend on retail products for the foreseeable future and is now referred to as e-credit.

What is WBA TV+?

WBA TV+ is a new service that we will be launching for the 21/22 season with new and exciting video content exclusively for subscribers. 21/22 season ticket holders will automatically get access to the new channel at no extra cost. Season ticket holders can log in with their My Albion account and watch WBA TV+ content of the official West Bromwich Albion app or online here.

What is Albion Reward Cash?

Albion Reward Cash is a new scheme that will be made available for the 21/22 season. Season ticket holders aged 18+ will automatically be enrolled into the scheme and will receive an automatic £5 bonus when the season begins. Find out more here.
