NHS COVID Pass

With the introduction of ‘Plan B’ on Wednesday 15th December 2021, there are new requirements for supporters attending The Hawthorns.

For matchdays if you are over 18 please ensure you have

  • Proof of your vaccination status in the NHS app (ideally save in your smartphone wallet or take a screenshot) or on an official letter from the NHS
  • OR proof of a negative Lateral Flow test from the past 48 hours either on your NHS app, an email or text message
  • If you are aged 11 or over a face cover for indoor areas i.e. concourses

NHS COVID Pass

Supporters will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated (two doses) by showing their NHS COVID Pass or if you cannot provide your such documentation then you must show a text message or email from the NHS from within the previous 48 hours confirming you have received a negative result from a COVID-19 Lateral Flow Test.

These checks will be performed at the turnstiles before entry. Anyone unable to provide the relevant information will be refused entry and not be entitled to a refund.

It can take up to ten days to receive your COVID Pass so please ensure you have access to yours as soon as possible.

Face Covers

Face coverings are now required in indoor settings for everyone aged 11 and over when not eating or drinking. When moving around the Stadium and in the concourse facilities, please wear a face cover.
